A tip for sewing: part one

For ages I used to carry my pins around in a little retro spotted bowl. It was a generally good system although occasionally I’d trip, or the table would get too covered in stuff and the little pin bowl would tip over. Not ideal.

So here’s a tip – put your pins in one of these clip-top jars. They have wide tops for easy access but if you need to carry your pins around (between the house and studio, in your bag for sewing on the road) then you can just clip the top. So good.
